If you slack off on the oral hygiene- this creates an active environment for nasty plaque, cavities, tartar, or gingivitis to develop and eventually stops you from getting a good night's rest.
Ensure you restful nights’ with a healthy mouth through correct, consistent nighttime oral hygiene- every time you take the following simple steps:
• Rinse with mouthwash
• Switch to an electric toothbrush
• Use good form (brush back and forth, in short strokes)
• Brush before bed
• Don't just brush - floss too.
