CYSTITIS (Bladder Infections) is an infection in the bladder caused mainly by bacteria entering through the urethra. It can affect anyone but is more common in women.
Common Causes and Risk Factors
• Bacterial spread from improper hygiene
• Sexual activity
• Holding urine too long
• Use of urinary catheters
• Weakened immunity
Typical Symptoms
• Burning or pain when urinating
• Frequent, urgent need to urinate

• Wipe from front to back
