2) Criminal Practice
Our criminal practice is in the following areas
Representations:
We provide ranging legal services in criminal matters such as representation at the police stations, Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) and at the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC).

Filling & Prosecution:
We file and prosecute private criminal summonses in both the Magistrates’ and High Courts on behalf of our clients.

Defense Representation:
We also provide defense representation for accused/defendant in the Magistrates’ Court and the superior courts, such as Court of Appeal. We also provide legal support and defense representation to clients being investigated or prosecuted by the Ethics & Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC) for a corruption offence, where we reasonably believe that the clients were innocent or were not complicit in the crime.

3) General Practice Areas
Our firm engages in general practice and in the provision of advocate services as per the legal regime in Kenya. Our firm’s partners are practicing legal practitioners and have between them over twenty years’ experience in the practice of law and general provision of legal services.
