We are Manufacturers and supplies of GOODS LIFTS, also known as CAGE LIFTS, CAGE HOISTS or GOODS ELEVATOR in Nairobi and all corners of Kenya. Manufactured in capacities ranging from 0.5 tons to 7.5 tons with normally cage size of 3mtrs. x 3 mtrs. x 3 mtrs. with or without collapsible gate with required lift and up to ground +10 floor, the Goods Lifts are suitable for application in supermarkets, manufacturing companies and factories.
At Intercool Ventilation Systems Ltd, we design the cage lifts accordingly to meet our client’s specific requirement using superior quality raw material and bought out items.
Our Goods Lifts are guided in steel guide member (T-Section) with hoisting and lowering operations performed by our electric wire rope hoist. Operation is through interlocked push buttons and limit switches are provided for safety.
Special Features of our Goods Lifts:
• LIMIT SWITCHES To prevent over hoisting & over lowering of hook
• Limit switch at each floor and cage doors or floor doors to avoid any accidental casualty
• ELECTRO-MECHANIC DOOR LOCKS near the collapsible gates to ensure:
(1) Lift does not work electrically if any door is open.
(2) The collapsible gate does not open mechanically unless cage is on corresponding level.
• SPRING BUFFERS on the floor of the lift well to cushion the cage.
