Welding Services
Our Welding facilities comprise lathe machine for drilling services, quick and efficient engineering process that reduces down time to the minimum, comprehensive facility for both universal milling and universal gear hobbing, metal spraying for hot and cold processes. We also have milling machines for flat surfaces.
We are experts in mig welding, tig welding A/C + DC, spot welding, mild steel welding, stainless steel welding, brass welding, bronze welding, welding, aluminium welding and alloys welding.

Machinery Services
We are operating a machine shop that can handle most of the machining tasks such as making new shafts, all types of gears, spine shafts, rollers, conveyor rollers, internal and external splines, machine components, rubber rollers and machine parts.
We are capable of machining from various materials such as EN 9, EN 24, nylon, tool steel, brass, bronze, aluminium and gear fiber. We have the machinery, capacity, expertise and experience to handle any machining job.

Our gear cutting facility is so comprehensive that we easily do spur gears, helical gears, spiral gears, rack & pinion, worm wheel gears, bevel gears, roller chain sprockets, other sprockets for various types of chains and all kind of machining or fitting jobs on milling shaper and forming. We cut gears on universal milling Universal gear hobbing, gear plainer machine, and gear shaper.

Fabrication Services
Our fabrication services spread to various components depending on our customer’s needs. These include but not limited to Tanks, Square & cylindrical, Steel structures, Machines and vehicle components and Mill tyres.

Heat Treatment Services
We manufacture carbon steel products at our workshops. These products are eventually subjected to heat treatment. We accept and perform heat treatment of carbon steels products from different clients too. We do shafts, gears, dies, molds and other products as may be requested by our clients.
