The El Nino rains have started pouring, making our road wet and slippery hence the need to drive carefully by observing below tips:
• Avoid driving vehicles with worn-out tires as this is prone to skidding
• Ensure well inflated tires to provide good traction on wet roads
• Use alternative route incase of high water or flash floods to avoid the risk of getting stuck or, worse, swept away
• Drive more slowly in rainy conditions and allow plenty of room between your vehicle and the one ahead to create stopping distance
