Nose Bleedings are so common in all ages and gender. Here are some tips to follow to make a stop on it. Sit upright and lean forward, Pinch your nose for 10minutes and breathe through your mouth this will stop the flow of blood from your nose.
N.B Don’t blow, pick your nose or bend after the bleeding and always remember to visit a doctor if bleeding re-occurs.
