Established in 2008, the Wananchi Group Holdings (Wananchi) is East Africa’s leading home entertainment operator.   It takes it’s name and underlying ethos from the former Wananchi Online, which was committed to servicing the emerging African mass consumer market through provision of high quality yet affordable home internet services.  Today It is a fully vertically integrated media and telecoms company consisting of several business divisions.

    Good Internet Bad Customer Care & Delivery

    Since they begun offering the Triple Play Service under their Small Business Unit (Zuku) the service has been terrible. For example it took them or their contractors 2 and half weeks to connect me. Their customer service especially on Social Networks is almost non-existent with dormant accounts (@ZukuFan on Twitter). The Only reason They Got the 3/5 is because of the offer and the Internet Speed. They really need to improve. Patience Pays I think is their Motto - Be patient and get good Internet. But Zuku Triple Play is still good.
